AUTHOR'S NOTES

This is for the background of Scarlett Blanc and how her story progression shaped the way she is now. This is also for those who are interested in finding and learning more about her as she is representing how I am in real life.The story will be in a certain narrative and I did add some dialogues along the way, just to give a bit more of a flair and you know give some character on how they’d behave, speak and do certain things. Dialogues are purely in the context of what has happened before as the story progresses, meaning it won’t be the same word for word but it is as close to how I remembered when I encountered them so, please bear with me!

Solanus and Meztli Blanc are Scarlett's grandparents that started an allegiance with Archbishop Thordan De Borel II who had the intention of invading the vast land of Azim Steppe, an expanse grassland with the nomadic Au’ra Xaela tribes taking refuge with their Dawn Father and Dusk Mother’s guidance.Thordan had protected the tribesmen with the pretence of peace and fellowship, Solanus had vowed to lend his strength and number to the Ishgardians when needed by the Archbishop in exchange for their protection. Solanus and his wife had embarked on covert operations in the name of the High houses gathering intel, arms and lands advancing the Skysteel manufactory and other districts of the Ishgardian Empire.With this, Solanus had been knighted and made of nobility under the House of Blanc, and by the Sixth Astral Moon, had given an heir Lysander Blanc that had resided in the Empyreum. The Noble House of Blanc was disguised as a peace alliance keeping them incharge of the protection of the Hoplon and the Cathedral.

Fifth Umbral Moon arrives, the friction between the House of Blanc and the people of Ishgard had dissipated, Count Lysander earned his nobility by being the representative of peace, alliance and aided with arms for Isghard being the corporal and strategic war planner to 3rd Lord Commander Thordan VII De Borel before his ascension in becoming the Archbishop.Count Lysander journeyed far and wide and in his travels, met a travelling tribe of Au’ra he had never thought would meet, the frosted race of Raen where he met the chieftain’s daughter, Roséal Crescentine, a rare sight for her eyes were of the moon and was hailed as a holy priestess of the tribe able to speak to nature, with songs and spells of aether.Unexpectedly, Count Lysander sees himself not only attracted to Roséal but a possible future for the tribes to reconnect and rekindle differences between all races ranging from Elezen, Hyur, Au’ra, and so forth. He convinces the tribe that Roséal would be the key to the Eorzean Alliance and returns to Ishgard with her by his side.
